Converting movies for the iAUDIO X5L

Thought I'd try to grow Chilies this year. It may take a couple of years to work out how to do this best, so I'm keeping some notes.

Jan 6^th 2005, gave a talk upon LAMP, using the lastest (to date) versions of Apache 2, PHP 5, MySQL 4.1. In front of two audiences at EdLUG I used a set of Makefiles to compile, install and configure a working LAMP system along with sample PHP pages which demonstrate the database connection. Here are the Makefiles I used.

Been playing with UML and have created a reasonably up to date kernel and file system based upon RedHat and more recently Fredora.

Went into hospital for surgery in Nov 2003, here is an account of what happened.

I did a demo for EdLUG on the topic of Apache and mod_perl. Several people asked for the makefiles I'd used. Although they may not be that portable they are still intructive so I've created a page for them with some extra instructions.

Orbit. A little fun simulating a ball on a spring attached to the end of the mouse. Change the spring constant by altering the value of k in the URL, simulary for friction (f). The ball moves in 2 dimensions and is under gravity. You must have a JavaScript 1.2 comptable browser like Netscape 4.x or I.E. 4/5
